Our Story
10 Years. One Focus.
Construct Staff was founded in 2016 by a team of construction industry veterans who saw a persistent gap in the market: the best talent wasn't finding the best opportunities, and the best employers were losing months to bad hires and slow searches.
We built this firm to fix that. Not as a generalist staffing agency that dabbles in construction, but as a dedicated construction recruiting partner — one that speaks the language, knows the trades, and understands what it takes to deliver a project on time and on budget.
Today we operate across California and the West Coast, placing senior professionals in roles ranging from project management and estimating to structural engineering, geotechnical geology, and executive leadership.
